Beginner Sticks:  These sticks are designed for those new to the sport, the shaft should be cut down to approximately the length of the player’s fully extended arm starting at the arm pit ending at fully extended fingers.  

Under Armour Futures Woman’s Lacrosse Stick: Under Armour offers a variety of stick offerings, this stick is good for beginners of its pocket flexibility and wider head making it easier for beginners to handle the ball.  The stick is designed to minimize ground friction for ground balls,  The Company offers a replacement shaft for damaged in a game or practice.

STX Lily Mesh Woman’s Complete Lacrosse Stick: This stick is recommended for beginners to learn passing and catching.  STX offers unique designs such as flowers and is available in variety  of colors.  The pocket is easy to break in and customize the location of the pocket.

Intermediate Sticks:  Players should move out of beginner sticks if they outgrow them (becomes too short) and skills develop and or have confidence cradling, catching and passing.  

Maverik Erupt Woman’s ST Complete Lacrosse Stick: The stick‘s mesh pocket helps players control passing and shooting accuracy.  Maverik offers different color shades and the shaft is composite compared to metal.

True Prowess Complete 4.0 Woman’s Lacrosse Stick: The pocket is available in black and yellow, we recommend yellow which conceals the ball making it easier to fake out defenders and goalies.  The athletic shaft stays warm in cold weather.

Advanced Sticks: For the serious player who has developed fundamental skills and wishes to compete at the club level.

StringKing Composite Pro Woman’s Complete Lacrosse Stick:  BelieveLax personal favorite and current weapon of choice.  Recommended set up, yellow pocket, (hides yellow ball) and composite shaft for those cold early games.  A popular choice among players for its pocket placement.

Gait Air Woman’s Complete Lacrosse Stick: The Gait stick was designed by Gary Gait, and his brother.  The Gait family is legendary in lacrosse, Gary moved will start a new job as Syracuse men’s lacrosse head coach after taking the woman’s lacrosse team to the 2021 woman’s national championship where they came up short to Boston College. The Gait Air and StingKing are both great choices, ultimately players personal playing styles will be the deciding factor.
